About these terms

These terms apply whenever you use this website or engage Pixel2Coding for services. By submitting the contact form, signing a proposal, or otherwise starting a project with us, you agree to them alongside any project-specific contract we sign together.

Our services

We provide Web Design & Development, AI Implementation, Marketing Services (including social media marketing, paid ads, email and content), and Strategy & Consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out separately in a written proposal or contract — these terms fill the gaps around that agreement, they don't replace it.

Getting started

Every project begins with a written proposal covering scope, timeline and price. Work starts once you've approved the proposal and, where applicable, paid any deposit requested. Verbal agreements aren't binding until confirmed in writing.

Fees and payment

• Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed according to the schedule in your proposal (for example, a deposit upfront and a final payment on completion, or milestone-based billing for larger projects).
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause active work until the balance is settled.
• Prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise, and don't include any taxes that may apply.

Timelines and revisions

Timelines in your proposal are estimates based on receiving your feedback, content and approvals on schedule — delays on your end may shift the delivery date. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal; additional rounds or scope changes beyond that may be billed separately.

Your responsibilities

To keep things moving, you agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and any account access we need (for example, to your domain, hosting or ad accounts) in a reasonably timely manner, and to make sure anything you give us to use (text, images, brand assets) is something you have the right to use.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you (code, designs, content) transfers to you, except for:

• Third-party tools, libraries, plugins, stock assets or fonts used to build it, which remain under their own licenses.
• Our own general methods, frameworks and pre-existing tools, which we may reuse on other projects.

Unless you ask us not to, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us about your business as confidential, and won't disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the project (for example, to a subcontractor or tool we use on your behalf).

Website use

Content on this website is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but make no guarantees about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranties and liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (like exact traffic, ranking, or revenue figures), since these depend on many factors outside our control. Pixel2Coding isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delivered work, beyond what's agreed in the relevant project contract.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing project with written notice. You'll be billed for work completed up to that point; any deposit covering unstarted work may be refunded at our discretion, minus costs already incurred.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your project contract states otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one; project-specific contracts already in place aren't affected by later changes.
